And the correct answers (in case you missed one or two) are:
1. “Precious Treasure” compiled Leilani’s ZTT-era material. It served as a final note in her initial music career phase before a later return.
2. “Long Way South” by JJ72 features distorted guitar and electronic drum patterns. These elements set it apart from their other work.
3. It was notable for being Daniel Bedingfield’s first single to miss the UK top 40. Despite this, it formed part of his album’s release campaign.
4. “Free to Go” is the lead single from “One Part Lullaby.” This track marked a new era for the band with moderate chart success.
5. MTV banned the video due to explicit lyrics. The line “a little excitement makes us wetter wetter” was the culprit.
6. Chrissie Hynde provided new vocals for Hybrid’s “Kid 2000.” The track reimagines a Pretenders classic.
7. The single “Either Way” contributed to “Either Way, It’s The Best Of The Twang.” This compilation reflected their career highlights.
8. The track was not promoted as a digital download in the UK. Instead, formats included a CD-R acetate and vinyl.
9. Breaks Co-Op’s song conveys hope and self-reliance. Its lyrics encourage self-empowerment and perseverance.
10. Audience response was pivotal in choosing “At Your Funeral” as a single. Saves the Day’s live shows influenced its release.
11. “Party The Baby Off” explores self-destructive hedonism. This fits the band’s dark and chaotic narrative style.
12. “Story Of My Life” reached the top 10 in the UK. This achievement helped launch Kristian Leontiou’s career.
