And the correct answers (in case you missed one or two) are:
1. Fairy-tale imagery in “White Horse” includes a prince on a white horse. The narrator realizes her life isn’t a fairytale, rejecting her former boyfriend.
2. “Born to Try” by Delta Goodrem debuted on the Australian soap opera Neighbours. The song marked her introduction to a wider audience.
3. Steve Balsamo’s “Sugar for the Soul” hit number 32 in the UK Singles Chart. It was his debut single from the album All I Am.
4. James Morrison’s “Undiscovered” album featured bonus tracks in the Japanese iTunes version. The US edition had different additional tracks.
5. Lionel Richie recorded “Just for You” with Billy Currington for his 2012 album Tuskegee. This version blended country influences with Richie’s classic style.
6. New Order’s “Krafty” was produced by John Leckie. It was released as the lead single from their 2005 album Waiting for the Sirens’ Call.
7. Simply Red’s “So Not Over You” was released on 5 March 2007. It served as a single prior to their tenth studio album Stay.
8. Phixx formed from contestants of the TV show Popstars: The Rivals. The boy band was composed of runners-up from the competition.
9. The B-side for Darius Campbell’s “Incredible (What I Meant to Say)” included a cover of “Pretty Flamingo” by Manfred Mann. It was recorded for the War Child charity.
10. Kelis is featured on the radio mix of “Not in Love” by Enrique Iglesias. The album version includes only Iglesias’s vocals.
11. The model in Fountains of Wayne’s “Stacy’s Mom” music video is Rachel Hunter. The humor-filled video portrayed the song’s narrative of teenage infatuation.
12. “The Funk Phenomena” by Armand Van Helden uses numerous samples. The track blends various sounds and styles, contributing to its chart success.
