And the correct answers (in case you missed one or two) are:
1. “Let’s Go Round Again” was released in 1980 by Average White Band. It was part of their eighth studio album, establishing itself within the soul and disco genres.
2. “R.O.C.K. in the U.S.A.” salutes 1960s rock. Its lyrics nod to prominent artists like Frankie Lymon and Mitch Ryder.
3. “So Serious” is an Electric Light Orchestra track classified as pop rock. It was released as the second single from their album Balance of Power.
4. “Wheels Of Wonder” was released by Kevin McDermott Orchestra in 1989. It featured on their album Mother Nature’s Kitchen.
5. The bass line for “The Magnificent Seven” by The Clash was inspired by the rhythm of New York City hip hop acts like The Sugarhill Gang. Mick Jones earned a nickname while carrying a boombox.
6. Joe Jackson’s “Right and Wrong” was live-recorded at The Roundhouse Theatre in New York. The album version was longer than the single release.
7. Mark King played bass guitar in “Out of Sight, Out of Mind” by Level 42. His playing, combined with Phil Gould’s percussion, is a hallmark of the band’s sound.
8. Colin Moulding wrote “King for a Day” for XTC’s “Oranges & Lemons” album. It featured on their second single release from the 1989 album.

11. “Stars” by Hear ‘n Aid supported African famine relief. Organized by Ronnie James Dio, it rallied rock musicians for the cause.
12. The bassline of “Fools Gold” was adapted from Young MC’s “Know How”. The track’s groove was crafted using Cubase sequencing and a sample from James Brown’s “Funky Drummer”.
