1. Bobby McFerrin performed with the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra. The collaboration included an arrangement of Gershwin’s Prelude No. 2, led by Victor Goines.
2. Will Jennings co-wrote “Street Life” with Joe Sample. The track achieved chart success for The Crusaders and featured Randy Crawford on vocals.
3. On “Urban Jungle,” Kenny Garrett plays alto saxophone, and Roy Ayers is on vibraphone. They are featured performers on the Café Soul All-Stars track.
