And the correct answers (in case you missed one or two) are:
1. The Beastie Boys’ track that samples Peggy Lee’s version of “(Sittin’ On) The Dock of the Bay” is “Ch-Check It Out”. It appeared as the first single from their album “To the 5 Boroughs”.
2. Boris Dlugosch collaborated with Róisín Murphy on the 2001 single “Never Enough”. Their previous interaction was a remix of Moloko’s “Sing It Back”.
3. Trevor & Simon’s “Hands Up” belongs to the House genre. It’s known for its strong club orientation and energetic vibe.
4. The electronic group Kosheen released a track that peaked at number 6 on the UK Singles Chart after its re-release, entitled “Hide U”.
5. “Be Cool” by Paffendorf peaked at number 7 on the UK Singles Chart in June 2002. The group’s roots are in Cologne’s electronic scene.
6. The lead single from Faithless’s third studio album “Outrospective” is “We Come 1”. Released in 2001, it became a hit in multiple locations.
