And the correct answers (in case you missed one or two) are:

1. Matt McManamon, Ben Gordon, Charlie Turner, and Bryan Johnson penned “Riot Radio.” Not the combo of any Beatles or Smiths, but still quite catchy. Their style blends punk rock with ska and reggae influences.

2. “Suspicious Character” danced its way onto “Gossip Girl.” The catchy “I Like All the Girls” lyric helped cement The Blood Arm’s place in the indie rock scene.

3. Paul Weller’s “Come On/Let’s Go” is taken from his album “As Is Now.” Released in 2005, it continues Weller’s exploration of alternative and rock music.

4. Garbage’s song “Shut Your Mouth” features group improvisation in its production. The band’s approach combined elements like electronica and hip hop for this track.

5. Green Day’s “Minority” flaunts a folk punk style. Its message of individuality resonated, securing weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard Modern Rock chart.

6. The cover of Hard-Fi’s “Living for the Weekend” omits a “Parental Advisory” label. Despite explicit lyrics, the sticker is only missing from the visual, not the song.

7. Jack Johnson filmed the music video for his single in Pichilemu, Chile. It combined surfing scenes with mellow beats and appeared on a lush landscape backdrop.

8. Static-X’s “Black and White” music video features robots. These mechanical beings invoke a “Terminator”-like aesthetic, blending perfectly with metal riffs.

9. On “One Tree Hill,” Mia Catalano, played by Kate Voegele, performed the cover of “Hallelujah.” The song added a layer of depth by revisiting Leonard Cohen’s classic.

10. “Freedom Fighters” by The Music runs for 3 minutes and 44 seconds. Positioned as the opening track on their album, it affirms their alternative rock roots.

11. “All or Nothing” is the second single from O-Town’s debut album. Initially offered to Westlife, it highlights the group’s pop ballad prowess.

12. Kelly Jones employed Open G tuning to craft the Stereophonics track. Created swiftly, this choice added a unique resonance to the song’s guitar work.
