1. August Darnell, also known as Kid Creole, produced and co-wrote "I'm a Wonderful Thing, Baby" along with Peter Schott. Both were part of the original setup of Kid Creole and the Coconuts, originating from New York City.
2. "That's the Way of the World" by D Mob featuring Cathy Dennis achieved number 1 on the US Billboard Hot Dance Club Play chart. This marked D Mob's fourth chart-topping track on this chart.
