Machine Gun Kelly lectures Harvard MBAs—no spreadsheets, just stage instincts

Machine Gun Kelly trades the microphone for a podium, stepping into Harvard Business School not as a student, but a guest lecturer. The “Cliché” artist offers insights to an MBA class, not through case studies or spreadsheets, but from the vantage point of a chart-climbing performer navigating an industry often allergic to predictability.

His campus cameo adds an academic footnote to a career already freighted with pop-punk detours and genre pivots. No syllabus could’ve prepared students for this.

MGK snags Style Icon crown in punk seams and pearls—Pete Davidson approves

Clad in tailored irreverence and tattooed charisma, mgk receives the Style Icon award at the 12th annual Fashion Media Awards, handed to him by Pete Davidson atop the Rainbow Room’s velvet heights. The Cleveland native serenades his résumé with two Billboard 200-topping albums and a Grammy nod for Mainstream Sellout, a collection more stitched in punk aesthetics than pressed seams.

Elsewhere, Iman, the actress supermodel whose fashion legacy stretches from Jermaine Jackson’s videos to Michael Jackson’s Egyptian fantasies, claims the Fashion Legend title. Fashion society’s orbit also draws in Zac Posen, Law Roach, Marianne Fonseca, and the ghost of David Bowie by matrimonial association.

MGK Shrugs Into Bob Dylan Collab, Wonders If He's Now in a Cosmic Prank Show

MGK admits with characteristic disbelief that he “has no idea” how his unexpected collaboration with Bob Dylan materialized, joking that the music legend might simply be part of some “giant cosmic joke.”

After years of persistence and a trailer for ‘Lost Americana’ narrated by Dylan, confirmed later, MGK speculates the project blossomed from sheer desperation and Dylan’s uncanny ability to tune out the world and follow his instincts.

“I’ll just shut up and accept whatever Bob Dylan throws my way,” he deadpans to Fallon.

Machine Gun Kelly elbows Bob Dylan into album trailer with sheer persistence

Machine Gun Kelly secures Bob Dylan’s voice for his upcoming album trailer, “Lost Americana,” not through industry channels but through what he calls “pure desperation”—a relentless persistence that defies subtlety.

Dylan's voiceover describes the project as “a sonic map of forgotten places,” adding veneer to MGK’s bid for a redefinition of American identity, somewhere between neon diners and motorcycle engines.

Their first actual meeting allegedly traces back to an obscure video of MGK rapping in a music store a decade ago.
