The HU reroutes Rumble of Thunder with Alice In Chains, Neon Trees, and ROME

Mongolian outfit The HU digitally drops Echos of Thunder, a recalibrated EP featuring guests from Alice In Chains, Neon Trees, and ROME, each lending their distinct cadence to reworked tracks from 2022’s Rumble of Thunder.

Trevor McNevan, under the name Teerawk, refashions “This Is Mongol” into a distorted echo chamber, with William DuVall’s vocals cutting through like sandpaper, while “Bii Biyelgee” and “Triangle” receive melodic and melancholic upgrades respectively.
