Too $hort reroutes the Super Bowl crowd from Santa Clara to Oakland’s real flavor
Too $hort takes Billboard to Oakland, pausing at Y’s Choice for turkey wings and seafood, offering his read on the Bay’s layered identity as Super Bowl LX lands in Santa Clara.
