Foreigner Thrives Sans Mick Jones, Eyes 50th Anniversary with a Fresh Spin
Mick Jones, a music veteran, finds success with Foreigner, an Anglo-American band he formed in 1976. During its peak, the band released seven platinum albums and achieved 14 Billboard Hot 100 hits.
The band, inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2024, continues to thrive despite Jones' absence from live performances. Foreigner's focus on songs rather than members' fame has sustained their legacy.
