ICE NINE KILLS channels Gotham’s most infamous anarchist with “The Laugh Track,” a grim, theatrical nod to the 1989 cinematic blueprint of Tim Burton’s "Batman." Lurking between cinematic flair and sonic menace, the track borrows heavily from Jack Nicholson’s Joker, cribbing his twisted charm and deranged theatrics.
