Avicii finesses “For a Better Day” in behind-the-boards doc out today on YouTube
The first episode of the three-part documentary series Stories on Stories lands on YouTube today, peeling back the studio curtain on the making of Avicii’s 2015 album Stories. Woven from unreleased footage of 2014–2015 sessions, the episode centers on a studio jam between Avicii and Alex Ebert, crafting what will become “For a Better Day.”
The Swedish producer appears both relaxed and meticulous, while Ebert muses on his melodic precision as near-cosmic intuition. Two following episodes, debuting Dec. 4 and Jan. 1, feature Gavin DeGraw, Rami Yacoub, and Wyclef Jean.
