Rockpile’s Dave Edmunds “dies” in wife’s arms, revived after cardiac arrest
Dave Edmunds, Rockpile co-founder and former Love Sculpture frontman, is hospitalised following a severe cardiac arrest. His wife, Cici, reports he briefly “died” in her arms before medics revived him with “heavy CPR.”
Now critically ill, Edmunds suffers from brain damage and acute memory loss, with the likelihood of another arrest allegedly “high.” Cici speaks of trauma and PTSD, calling the episode “horrific,” and asks for prayers as they brace for a prolonged, uncertain recovery.
