Sex Pistols to Reignite Punk Spirit with UK Tour for 50th Anniversary Celebration
The iconic band SEX PISTOLS, a towering presence in rock since 1976, gears up to salute 50 years of punk with a U.K. tour in December 2026. Steve Jones, Paul Cook, and Glen Matlock are set to unite once more, infusing the stage with their raw energy.
Accompanied by Frank Carter, this ensemble promises an electrifying evening, a near-perfect echo of their legendary punk spirit. Audiences can expect a raucous celebration of the sound that has influenced generations.
Sex Pistols dust off decades for 2026 gig, Frank Carter shouts the slogans now
Punk progenitors SEX PISTOLS resurface for summer 2026, flanked by Frank Carter, in a nod to punk’s impolite half-century. The surviving trio—Steve Jones, Paul Cook, and Glen Matlock—opt for a live revival with Carter assuming vocal duties.
They plant their anarchic flag at The Piece Hall in Halifax for a headline affair, with more dates presumably forthcoming. Decades on, safety pins remain optional, but the nostalgia is unmistakably stitched in.
